Making sure it’s on target

This phase is where the experience of our partner SunGard consultants really comes into play. Step 4: Activate is the stage where we ascertain that the Information Availability plan can hold its own. Our consultants evaluate the solution against your organization’s business and/or technical goals, as well as best practices and industry standards. Besides verifying that the program is on target, we help you prepare for production. This involves supplying the processes, tools support and intellectual capital needed for quick, effective responses to targeted situations. Step 4 ends in Solution Certification, which means that the solution has been validated; ongoing refinement is all that’s left.
